Founder & Manager
Founder of Coding Industry since 2021, Joel leads technical strategy and project delivery across the full stack. A multidisciplinary engineer embedded systems, AI agents and algorithmic trading, he makes sure every project is understood end-to-end, not just executed in pieces.
Delano Roosvelt
Technical Director & Expert Flutter Developer
A founding member of Coding Industry since 2021, Delano is the team's Flutter expert. He has built every mobile application the agency has shipped — iOS and Android — with deep expertise in Flutter and Firebase. As Technical Director, he ensures architectural quality and consistency across all projects.
Edmond Makolle
Senior Backend Developer & Web Project Lead
At Coding Industry since 2023, Edmond is the team's Python/Django expert. He has built every backend and API the agency has delivered, and leads web projects from kickoff to deployment. He also mentors the interns, passing on the team's quality standards.
Nga Yende Ali
Flutter Mobile Developer
Flutter mobile developer at Coding Industry since 2025, Ali builds custom iOS and Android applications. A computer science graduate, he combines software development with a background in algorithmic trading.
Ivan Tomdieu
Full Stack Frontend Developer
At Coding Industry since 2023, Ivan contributes to most of the agency's web projects — on both the frontend and backend sides. Specialized in React and Next.js, he builds modern, high-performance interfaces and handles the backend integrations that make them work.
